FOUNDING AND NAME PARTNER
Dr. András Tuller the firm’s founding attorney, graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 1979 and joined the Pest County Bar Association in 1981. He currently serves as the chair of the Bar Association’s Disciplinary Committee.
He has decades of professional experience in providing legal support to economic actors, primarily in representing domestic and international companies. During his legal practice, he has gained extensive experience in many areas of commercial law, representing clients in matters ranging from simple corporate law issues to complex corporate acguisitions.
In addition, Dr. András Tuller is a guest lecturer at the ELTE Institute for Continuing Legal Education, where he teaches banking and commercial law, and also serves as a legal examiner for the Hungarian legal exam to be taken by legal professionals.

MANAGING PARTNER
Dr. Gábor Tuller is currently the managing partner of our firm. He graduated from the Faculty Of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 2015 and has been a partner in the firm since 2019.
Gábor has been working as a lawyer in the field of commercial and corporate law for several years, during which time he has been involved in a number of large-scale, complex legal cases. His experience includes complex transactions, contact structuring, legal dues diligence, litigation and out-of-court representation.

Dr. Balázs Veréb, partner of the firm, graduated with a law degree from the Facult of Law at József Attila University in Szeged in 2000 and became a member of the Pest County Bar Association in the same year. He has been working at the firm since 1995.
His areas of expertise and interest are primarily civil law, corporate law, and commercial law. He has outstanding professional experience in private equity funds, securities law, international tax planning, trust asset management, and M&A, and has provided legal advice to numerous domestic and international markert players and foreign law firms in these areas.

Partner
Dr. Milán Botond Fehér, our firm’s newest partner lawyer, graduated whit a law degree from Faculty of Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2018, and then expanded his knowledge with a master’s degree in sports law in 2022. His primary responsibility is to develop international client relationships and expand the firm’s foreign assignments.
As a lawyer, Milán has gained significant experience in regional and international law firms, where his professional focus was primarily on cross-border transactions, legal support for multinational companies, and complex economic law matters, including corporate law, M&A transactions, labor law, and compliance.

Dr. Zoltán Klesics the firm’s founding attorney graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 1970 and subsequently became a member of the Pest County Bas Association in 1970. He has extensive professional experience in criminal law, particularly in the field of economic criminal law.

Dr. Krisztina Mészner graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University in 1979, and joined the Pest County Bar Association in 1981.
She advices our clients and provides them legal representation in matters of corporate law, commercial law, tax law and arbitration.
Associate Attorney
Dr. Sarolta Pálfia-Juhász graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2017 and expanded her expertise by obtaining a master’s degree in economic law in 2019. She has been an associate at the firm since 2021.
Sarolta primarily deals with corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and private equity funds. She has gained experience in numerous large-scale cases in these areas of law, where she was responsible for the complete preparation and successful execution of complex economic and corporate transformation processes as well as real estate transactions.

Associate Attorney
Dr. Ivett Fehér-Pelcz obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd Universitiy in 2016, and thed expanded her expertise in debt collection by obtaining a master’s degree in enforcement law in 2020.
Ivett has extensive theoretical and practical experience in inheritance law and debt collection, but she also assists our clients with general economic and commercial law and real estate law advice.

Dr. Veronika Rukkel obtained her law degree from Faculty of Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2016, followed by a master’s degree in family law from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in 2025.
Veronika cooperates with our firm in the field of family law. After graduating, she gained in-depth knowledge and outstanding practical experience at law firms specializing in family law, and then opened her own law firm, where she represents clients in matters relating to matrimonial property law, divorce proceedings, child custody, contatc, maintenance, and guardianship.

Dr. Viktor Edőcs obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Károli Gáspár Reformed University in 2010 and currently supports the work of the firm as a cooperating attorney, primarily in the field of criminal law. Thanks to his outstanding practical experience and theoretical knowledge, he is at home in all stages of criminal proceedings, whether it be the investigation phase, pre-indictment negotiations, trials, or appeal proceedings.

Dr. Bence Zsilák graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2021.
During his career, Bence gained experince at a domestic and an international law firm, where his main responsibilities included providing legal support to companies and foundations, advising on sports law, and handling immigration matters.

Office manager
Borbála Csajtai has been working in our office as an office manager since 2019. Her duties incloude tasks necessary for the day-to-day operation of the office, such as invoicing, assisting lawyers and trainee lawyers in their daily work, and other administrative tasks.
